Parental Questionnaire
Please complete and submit the brief questionnaire below.
The Government have identified Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 children as priority children to return to school first. They have also indicated that Year 10 and Year 12 should hopefully have some ‘face to face’ interaction too and more details about what this means to you and your children will follow shortly.
If your child or children are in the identified primary phase year groups, you can indicate below if you would like them to return to school from the 1st June or soon after.
We would like ALL parents / carers to complete this online form, regardless of the year groups their children are in. This will inform our wider planning for a more permanent solution to remote learning and education at home when / if this is needed.
